This creamy chia pomegranate pudding is the perfect healthy, vegan & gluten-free breakfast or dessert. It’s super filling and easy to make!

  • 300ml oat milk
  • 2tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 100g chia seeds
  • 80g pomegranate seeds
  • 2tsp cocoa nibs


  • Place the milk in a medium bowl with the pomegranate molasses and whisk to combine. Stir in the chia seeds and stir well. Let sit for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to keep lumps from forming.
  • Once the pudding is thickened, divide equally between 4 glasses and top each with pomegranate seeds, cocoa nibs and an extra drizzle of pomegranate molasses if desired.
